As the world moves faster, regulation is even more important

There is a fashionable thesis in technology today: that regulation is, by default, a tax on progress. We think that argument confuses the friction in the system with the function of the system. America became the center of global finance by offering trust, not ease. The dollar, the public markets, and the willingness of strangers around the world to fund American companies all rest on a simple premise: the numbers mean something.

Capitalism is not weakened by trust. It depends on it.

The answer to burdensome regulation is not regulatory nihilism. The answer to wasteful audit work is not asking markets to replace evidence with vibes. It is making verification dramatically more efficient, and institutional trust cheaper to produce, easier to inspect, and harder to fake.

That is why we are building Andera.
